If you have multiple properties or notices, match the case number and property to each document. Bring the actual notice, even if you also have a screenshot of a calendar entry.

Explain what you want to resolve and what has happened so far. Anthony Rumore, P.A. can discuss a review of your court papers, possible defense issues and the scope of representation. Use the local resources below to gather information—not to decide a deadline or legal response on your own.

Look under Court Events for foreclosure sales

Collier’s Clerk explains that foreclosure sales appear as a Court Event in its search system. Its instructions direct visitors to select a date range and the Foreclosure Sales event type, then open an event to see the cases. That calendar is useful for locating a scheduled sale; the separate case search is needed for the documents behind it.

Naples homeowners: turn calendar information into a case review

Collier’s Court Events search helps identify a listed sale. A defense consultation goes beyond that entry: bring the complaint, loan documents and relevant orders so the firm can discuss the case rather than only the auction.

If there are separate association notices or more than one property involved, identify each issue. Ask the firm about the scope of a review and secure document sharing before sending private account or financial information.

Your local court resources

Collier County is part of Florida’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit. Use the county and case number on your court papers when locating records; another county in the same circuit has a separate Clerk and case search.

What to have ready for your conversation

  • The complete summons, complaint and any recent court notices.
  • Your latest mortgage statement and relevant payment or servicer correspondence.
  • Any response already filed, prior agreement or scheduled hearing or sale.

Anthony Rumore, P.A. serves homeowners in Naples, Marco Island and Immokalee. Discuss your goals, the court papers and the possible scope of representation. The firm’s office is in Fort Lauderdale; this page describes service coverage, not a Collier County office.

FORECLOSURE DEFENSE IN FLORIDA

What a defense review can cover

A review may consider who is entitled to enforce the loan, required notices, service, the amount claimed and relevant servicer communications. The issues depend on your documents and case history; a list of possible defenses does not mean any particular defense applies.

Ask what needs attention now, what further records are needed and whether a negotiated resolution should be considered alongside the litigation. No outcome is guaranteed.

Questions from Collier County homeowners

Is this a local office in Collier County?

No. The firm is based at 1318 SE 1st Ave in Fort Lauderdale and serves homeowners throughout Florida. Ask about consultation and representation arrangements for your matter.

Does an auction listing tell me everything about my case?

No. Start with the Collier County resources above, but also keep your court notices and orders. A listing, changed date or missing search result does not establish that the lawsuit is over or that no response is needed.

What if a hearing or sale is approaching?

Call the firm and identify the date on your latest notice. Do not wait for an online reply. Contacting the firm does not stop a case, change a deadline or create an attorney-client relationship; representation must be separately agreed upon.
