YOUR NEXT STEP

Prepare for a foreclosure defense conversation in Union County.

If you have only a sale listing or an unsolicited letter, tell the firm that you do not yet have the full case packet. Do not assume the listing tells you every deadline.

Explain what you want to resolve and what has happened so far. Anthony Rumore, P.A. can discuss a review of your court papers, possible defense issues and the scope of representation. Use the local resources below to gather information—not to decide a deadline or legal response on your own.

UNION COUNTY · OFFICIAL RESOURCES

Use the foreclosure part of Property Sales

Union’s Clerk separates foreclosure sales from tax-deed sales on its Property Sales page. The foreclosure resource lists case and sale details, while the Clerk’s FAQ directs sale questions to the Civil Division. Start with the correct proceeding and retain the actual court papers for legal review.

Your local court resources

Union County is part of Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit. Use the county and case number on your court papers when locating records; another county in the same circuit has a separate Clerk and case search.

Union County Courthouse: 55 West Main Street, Lake Butler. This is a court location, not a firm office. Follow your notice or order for the location and format of a particular hearing.

Questions from Union County homeowners

Is this a local office in Union County?

No. The firm is based at 1318 SE 1st Ave in Fort Lauderdale and serves homeowners throughout Florida. Ask about consultation and representation arrangements for your matter.

Does an auction listing tell me everything about my case?

No. Start with the Union County resources above, but also keep your court notices and orders. A listing, changed date or missing search result does not establish that the lawsuit is over or that no response is needed.

What if a hearing or sale is approaching?

Call the firm and identify the date on your latest notice. Do not wait for an online reply. Contacting the firm does not stop a case, change a deadline or create an attorney-client relationship; representation must be separately agreed upon.
